Account Registration

Step 1: Visit Chillhub App

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to https://app.chillhub.com.my
  2. Click Register an account

Step 2: Enter Login Details

  1. Username: Choose a unique username for your account.
  2. Email Address: Provide a valid email address.
  3. Password: Create a strong password for your account.
  4. Confirm Password: Re-enter the password to confirm it.
  5. Click the Next button to proceed.

Step 3: Enter Company Details

  1. Company Name: Enter your company’s name
  2. Company Registration No.: Enter your company's registration number
    Use the new format (e.g., 202001234567).
  3. Company Tax Identification No. (TIN): Enter your company’s Tax Identification No.
    e.g. C2584563222
  4. Company SST Registration No.: Enter your company's SST Registration No (Only required for SST Registrant)
    E.g. A01-2345-67891012
  5. Company Address: Provide your company address
  6. Company Contact No.: Provide your company contact number.
  7. Click the Next button to proceed.

Step 4: Enter Industry Details

  1. Default Industrial Classification (MSIC) Code: Select an MSIC Code (Required for e-Invoice submission)
    1. Click the “X” on the right to clear the textbox.
    2. Type in keywords related to your business type (e.g., “retail,” “manufacturing,” “information technology”) to narrow down your options.
    3. Choose the most relevant MSIC Code that best describes your business activities.
  2. Default Industry: Select the primary industry that best represents your business operations.
    1. If your industry not found, select “Others” and specify the industry name manually.
  3. Secondary Industries: Select one or more additional industries relevant to your business.
    1. If your industry not found, select “Others” and and provide the name of the industry.
  4. Click the Next button to proceed.

Step 5: Enter Owner Details

  1. Owner Name: Enter your business owner's name
  2. Owner NRIC/Passport No.: Enter your business owner NRIC/Passport No.
  3. Owner Address: Provide your owner's address
  4. Owner Contact No.: Provide your owner's contact number.
  5. Click the Next button to proceed.

Step 6: Confirmation

  1. After entering all the details, click Send Verification Email to receive a verification code.
  2. Go to your inbox of the registered e-mail address and check for an e-mail from Chillhub.
    1. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
  3. Return to the Chillhub registration page and enter the verification code from the e-mail
  4. Click Sign Up to complete the registration process.
  5. After successfully completing your registration, you will be prompted to log in to your newly created Chillhub account
