The following guidelines will help you configure price tiers for each product and service.

Pricing Page

  1. Navigate to the Pricing page by selecting MenuOperational DataPricing

  2. The following options are located on the toolbar
    • Search: Allows you to search for specific data
    • Refresh: Updates the current view by reloading the data
    • New: Creates a new entry or record in the system.
  • Additional Filters and Actions:
    • Select Industry: Use the Industry dropdown to filter pricing data by industry
    • Download: Export the current pricing data to an Excel file. Users can modify the file and re-upload it to the system to update pricing information.
    • Upload: Import updated pricing data into the system.
  • Data Table:
    • : Expand row data to view more details. (available only in Mobile View)
    • : Modify row data details (Mobile View: expand row to access)
    • : Delete row data (Mobile View: expand row to access)
    • indicates 'Service', indicates 'Product'
    • Product/Service: Name of the product or service
    • Description: Description of the product or service
    • Tier 1: Displays the price and name of the first pricing tier
    • Tier 2: Displays the price and name of the second pricing tier
    • Tier 3: Displays the price and name of the third pricing tier
    • Tier 4: Displays the price and name of the fourth pricing tier

Pricing Form

  • Pricing Form fields includes:
    • Industry: Populate the Product and Service dropdown selection
    • Select either a Product or a Service
    • Product: Select product to define pricing for product
    • Service: Select service to define pricing for service
    • Tier 1, Unit Price: Name and price of first pricing tier
    • Tier 2, Unit Price: Name and price of second pricing tier
    • Tier 3, Unit Price: Name and price of third pricing tier
    • Tier 4, Unit Price: Name and price of fourth pricing tier
    • Click Save button to save the pricing information
    • If Product is selected, click the View Cost button to open a dialog to display current inventory cost details of the selected Product
      • A data table to display Date, Qty, Unit Price (Unit Cost)
      • The footer of the data table will shows Total Quantity, Total Value, and Average Value of the selected product

Import/Export Pricing Data

  • Steps to Export Pricing Data:
    1. Select an Industry: Choose the desired industry from the dropdown list.
    2. Download Pricing Data: Click the Download button to export the pricing data for the selected industry.
  • Exported Excel File Template:
    The exported Excel file contains the following columns:
    • Type (Product | Service): Specify whether the entry is a Product or a Service.
    • Product/Service Name: Ensure this matches the exact name as configured in the system.
    • Tier Name 1: Name of the first pricing tier.
    • Unit Price 1: Price associated with the first tier.
    • Tier Name 2: Name of the second pricing tier.
    • Unit Price 2: Price associated with the second tier.
    • Tier Name 3: Name of the third pricing tier.
    • Unit Price 3: Price associated with the third tier.
    • Tier Name 4: Name of the fourth pricing tier.
    • Unit Price 4: Price associated with the fourth tier.
  • Steps to Import Pricing Data:
    • Prepare the Excel File:
      1. Populate the exported Excel file with the required pricing data.
      2. Ensure the file contains only products and services for a single industry.
    • Select an Industry: Choose the relevant industry from the dropdown list.
    • Upload Pricing Data:
      1. Click the Upload button to select the Excel file for import.
      2. In the file selection dialog, choose the file and click Open to begin the upload.
    • Import Process:
      • A progress bar will display the status of the import.
      • The system will
        • Update existing entries: If the product/service pricing data already exists.
        • Create new entries: If the product/service pricing data is not found.
        • Stop the import process: If the product/service name is not found in the system, and an error message will be displayed.

Once the pricing data is configured, the unit price can be selected within Quotations, Sales Orders, and Invoices
